We have this extraordinary situation where these young men are thrown into a fire that is 7 times hotter than what it was meant to be, and we too are sometimes thrown into situations or face situations that are 7 times hotter and harder to get out of, but because God is a consuming fire, when He enters that fire that is 7 times hotter, He is able to extinguish it around us.
That is why they were able to survive that fire, which is why not even smoke could be found upon them, because God’s fire, God’s strength is that much stronger. The only way to kill another fire is through fire, so it’s the same way. The only way that they were able to be shielded, protected, and concealed from within that situation was through God's saying that He would come in and not allow them to enter the situation alone.
It is so important to remember that sometimes God will not save you from going into a situation, but will instead allow you to go into that situation in order to show you and everyone looking from the outside that you were never alone, and that you were truly always His. When you are able to stand by him and love Him more than you love your own life, then He will stand with you in the same radical manner.
Whatever we do, God has the ability to take you 1000 steps further because when we bow down to Him and say, "God, I am bringing this to you," He has the ability to take you 1000 steps further.He will come up with a solution that exceeds any solution we may have considered.
You will be able to survive each and every circumstance in a great and fanatical way for His name's sake, for His glory sake, because that is the type of God you serve.
