I used to think of my life as a metaphorical cake that grew when it was exposed to the flame of life and then decorated by the hands of its Creator.
I now, however, view myself as a piece of metal. Who I was has been melted by the fire and my previous form has been changed through the process of being poured out, rolled down, hammered and constantly going under fire.
I now see the value of the fire, for it allowed me to be able to withstand the process of formation as my Creator introduced me to the woman He intended me to become.
Like a constant promise, God's love through the fire is a reminder that He is only renewing the strength within me so I can handle what is to come.
Make you discover the value in what God brings you through.
